unhappy client

i have been making calls to ***** department of this bank and consultant have been hang up on me so i dont really have a good experience with this bank first they blocked my account and ddnt call me to notify me now today they blocked my app i cant acces they sent me an sms to call the bank then they hung up on me ....my children dont have food now my bank is blocked and no one bothers to call and talk i sent many emails to them still no respond i need them to call me asap on *** as i need this matter resolved now.
