Unhappy client

I bought petrol, then I was told my declined but I received a notification from tymebank that the transaction went through. It was 500. I contacted tymebank and I was told to wait 24 hrs for auto reversal. It didn't happen. I followed up the next day only to be told that the incident was logged incorrectly and I should wait 5 to 7 days.
