Unhappy about tyme bank

Very unhappy with Tyme Bank. My salary is in the account, in the end of the month ( January). The next day want to put diesel in my kar my card declined. Yesterday I want to make payments, got a message that my account is on hold ( my debit is on hold) i tried calling them , on every number they have. From 10-30 minutes. No answer. I sent out a an email. No responds. Today I tried calling them and few of my family members also tried calling them. The line is the whole time busy. No answer. I need my money back, i have payments to make. I also went on the google account to check if i can sign in there, but they said either my id or password is wrong, i tried to make a new password but they said my things are invalid. Very unhappy with this bank.
