Unfairly treated

I do bank with tym bank. But they fail me as their client. I transferred money from Nedbank to tym bank 3rd party. She didn't received the money hence the lat 2 digits were incorrect. When I asked tym bank consultant to contact the person who received the money they refused yet its one of their client. Tym bank will know who received the money since the account number is active however they choose not to help me.
