Unfair

Tymbank they don’t care about their clients . Use that bank at your own risk. On the 31 December 2024 I was withdrawing on Standard Bank Atm using my tymbank card all of the sudden the machine got froze while I was still on the process of withdrawing and that didn’t get back my card and I didn’t get my money that I was withdrawing it I only get the messag that you money with out and it was R5000 then I asked my self how cause the Atm machine is not work just got froze i while i was withdrawing I call them then I explain to them what happened they open case they say .they will get back me after 31 days then I wait and keep calling them for updates they say my case still under investigation. On 27 January they get back to me they my money had be despend at fnb Atm bp garage that was a email I got from them . I called them and I ask them how come cause I was withdrawing at Standard Bank come my money has been despends at fnb they will get back to me they send to fnb to ask the footage so that they can see who withdraw the money from fnb Atm I went to fnb branch they say the can’t help my banker the are the one who supposed to contact them then I get back to them I tell them the feedback they say will be get back to me until today nothing when I call them there’s is no help now and they send me the message you case has solve up and investigate had decline my case please help
