Unexceptionable behavior from Tymebank when it comes to removing a debit hold from account

Want to know by when can I expect a call from Tymebank's team they rep**** to my review yesterday at 12h10 and it's now 14h40 the following day I'm desperately in need of my money and I just want tymebank to release my funds that's in my account my children are starving and they are already crying of the hunger pains and all this is making me anxious and full of fustraustions why don't Tymebank's just unlock my account cause what is there to investigate and why must I wait on a call from Tymebank's team cause I've been waiting like in forever to call me back since last week and Monday already it's late in the day already and my children's last meal was last night I'm a single mother pleading you for the sake of my children to release my money please this is now really unexceptionable behavior from tymebank

Ive just received a call from one of your agents telling me again to go back to Tymebank's kiosks cause they needs to speak to Tymebank's ambassador so I have told them that I have been walking up and down to the town centre for a whole week since last week and monday and that my feet are badly swollen from all the walking it's not a joke to walk from here where I'm staying in Lost City Tafelsig for a whole week to the town centre in this e tremely hot weather I'm sorry I don't have the energy nor the strength to walk to the town centre again and he keeps persissting that I go back and told him that we tried the finger printing already and that I did login with my finger prints we even scanned both thumbs to and it keeps saying that they won't be able to unlock more features at this time and the ambassador told them over and over again what the failed message said so why do I have to go back to the kiosk couldnt they removed the debit hold from my account the first time they spoke to the ambassador and I even passed all they security questions already before giving the phone to the a bassador

So I would like to know how come there is no records showing that I've called your ***** department several times for a week that has passed cause the proof of the calls and the records that's showing for how long I've been on the calls with Tymebank's ***** department are still showing on my phone records and I also did a recording of one of the calls that was made from my ph to your customer support services so how come they can't find any conversations between the ***** department and they ambassador don't they record every phone call for security reasons
I'm now already fedup with Tymebank all the hussle and the fussy over a debit hold that you don't want to remove fr my account and all because of your system that isn't working properly or something I also don't even know why Tymebank did what they did to put an debit hold on my account in the first place cause I never ordered them to but a hold on my account all because I was transferring the money that was in my account to a cell number so they says that they have blocked my account due to suspicious activities which isn't true I first bought a R5 worth of airtym and when I tried to transferred the money to a cell number my account got blocked for no reason at all this is really so fustrating and they behavoir and they explanation for the blocking of the account is unexceptable and it discuss me in doing banking with Tymebank in the future wonder what they are capable of doing next if they can do all of this to my account

Tymebank doesn't have they clients best interest at heart cause if they did then why isn't my account unlocked by now cause Ive asked them several times to remove the hold but they just simply do want to i have even started to beg them to remove the hold cause my kids are really starving and as a single mother I have no money left to feed my children cause I have spend all the money I had left on airtym to call Tymebank's customer support centre thinking that the account would be unlocked and I will be able to withdraw the money that was paid in by the sassa srd grants

I have even asked Tymebank to close my account just so that I can get my money from my account but it seems that they also don't want to close the account I'm starting to think if this is the way Tymebank is making money with they clients funds that gets paid to they a
Clients accounts do Tymebank do this to all of they clients so I have desides to go viral if my account doesn't gets unlocked and if my money doesn't become available for me to withdraw cause I am helpless at this moment and I really don't have any strength in my body to be put up with all of this nonsense me and my kids had almost a week ago a decent plate of food to eat and all of Tymebank really I'm fedup and exhausted just by thinking of this locked account and it's really unnecessary for me to go through such a lot of stress of my children that is suffering without food and for being such a rack when it comes to my children that is hungery and I do have money that is locked up in your bank account that was supposed to be my banking account which become useless to me so this is my last attempt to get the debit hold removed from my account
