Undelivered package from cinema box using moretyme

Good day family since I order from cinema box using the TymeBank moretyme facility on the 31st of May 2024…till now 07 July 2024 I have not received my package..yet I keep receiving sms’s from the bank that my 2nd moretyme payment is due and I will be charge interest. I have reached out to the merchant cinema box on WhatsApp but it’s always the same response of they will tell when they have stock or they will deliver next week ..I have called the call centre on several occasions but no resolution I was issued the case number (GTQ-23551)..I have reached out to TymeBank ZA as I ordered using Moretyme they cannot help …I don’t know what to do now..
