Unblock my Tymebank account profile

Tymebank has blocked my account and I've sent proof of everything they required to unblock it and yet they still say they can't unblock it since someone opened a ***** case, and that person I've been trying ro reach them but they nowhere to found.. even though I gave them evidence that the money belongs to me yet they can't help!
