UNBLOCK MY BANK ACCOUNT NOW AND PAY BACK MY R15000

Here I go again with Tyme Bank. I am writing to you with deep concern regarding the ongoing issues I have been facing with Tyme Bank. On 27th December, I had a conversation with Simphiwe, during which she assured me that I would receive feedback regarding my blocked account by 29th December. Unfortunately, as of today, I have yet to receive any updates despite her commitment. My account has been inexplicably on hold for the past two months, and I have submitted three affidavits as requested. Now, Tyme Bank is requesting a fourth affidavit for alleged *****ulent activities. This has caused immense frustration and stress, especially considering that R15,000 of my clients' funds, as well as my personal money, are being withheld. I have taken the necessary steps to report this matter to the Ombudsman, seeking assistance in resolving the issue promptly. It is disheartening to note that this situation has not only ruined my holiday season but has also affected numerous other clients, as evident from the overwhelming number of complaints about people's accounts being on hold on platforms like Hellopeter.com and Facebook. I urgently request the immediate unblocking of my bank account and the release of my full funds of R15000. Up to this point, I have not received a case number, and this lack of communication is deeply concerning. I implore Tyme Bank to rectify this situation promptly. Furthermore, I must express my disappointment and disillusionment with the service provided by Tyme Bank. I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the CEO, public domain, including newspapers and other media outlets. It is my sincere hope that Tyme Bank will prioritize the resolution of this issue. I DEMAND THE RETURN OF MY FUNDS WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY. The impact on my financial well-being and the distress caused by this situation are Unacceptable. YOUR ***** DEPARTMENT IS POCKETING PEOPLES HARD EARNED Money.
