Unblock my account

I have been calling Tyme bank from the 6th after my account was blocked ,I have sent all requested information and to date have not received a response. When I call them i'm tranferred to ***** department where it rings till cut off. I am ****ed off and frustated that a bank can provide such a ***** service as if its a ****. I want my issue resolved as this has been on going too long.

Their call centre agents are useless as they don't know how to assist. I have given my numbers so many times for ***** department to call me and never do. I want my account unblocked.

As soon as my issue is resolved am closing this **** of a bank account
