Unblock my account

Remove hold on my account, Tymebank blocked my account saying I receive *****ulently money and I did call them regarding that they said I must send affidavit and my certified ID copy to their email of which I did but they didnt even respond to the email and in that email I wasconfirming that I didn't do any *****, and they say after I send that documents they will remove hold on my account, it been 2 weeks now and hold is still there, so remove that hold as soon as possible. I need my money on that account
