Unblock my account ***

Tymebank placed my account *** on hold and I called them enquiring about this and they said I must send affidavit and certified copy of my ID so that they can retrieve my account, I did all of that on the 1st of June and sent it on their email but they didnt respond and my account was still on hold, then I decided to write here and they promise to open my account still now my account is on hold and they dont communicate anything with me, and I need to use money in that account, open my account
