Unauthorized transaction

Woke up with am unauthorizedtransactiondone in my account. There isn't even an option for dispute. I will not rest until I get it back. When I call I'm They put me a on hold for a good 20 minutes. The agent tells me an investigation will take 35 days. O asked for a call back even now I'm still waiting..
