Unauthorized international Uber transactions

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from TymeBank. Two unauthorized international transactions were processed from my account yesterday, and I didn't receive any OTPs to authorize them. When I reported the issue, the consultant I spoke to gave me an 8-day turnaround time to resolve the matter. However, the funds in question are for my petrol money, and I need them to travel to work. I'm concerned about falling into debt due to this issue.

I've done some research and found that this problem has affected other clients. What measures is TymeBank taking to address this issue? I didn't share my card details with anyone, and I have no connections to Amsterdam, where the transactions were made.

I urge TymeBank to take immediate action to reverse these transactions and provide better support to their customers. The current service is unacceptable.

Good morning

TymeBank: Card Dispute for R -R609,96 logged. Please send evidence to CardServices tymebank.co.za with Case ID CD-204951 in the subject. We will provide feedback by 14-Nov-2025.CD-204951.Help: ***

I received an sms advising that my query on CD-204952 will be resolved by the 4th of December and it's still under investigation, the turnaround time is very long, but I'll exercise patience. I'm however failing to understand why you are not refunding my R609.96, thus is for case number CD-204952, these transaction is still pending, this means the transaction is not cleared yet right, so what is causing the delay?
