Unauthorized debit hold

Pathetic service!!! I am absolutely Livid! TymeBank had put a debit hold on my account without any communication, called the help line and they were of no assistance! They had escalated this was promised a callback with in 24 hours, till now I have not heard from them! Sent emails upon emails, no response! Imagine, how stressed I am, due to it being month end! How do I replenish my cupboards??? Pay my bills! I have kids damn it!!!
