Unauthorised transactions

I am so disappointed by this bank, I've always had people complaining. On the 26 May there was an unauthorised card purchase on my account, Rain went and took 2× payments of R679 without my concern as my card was linked for payment purposes, all of a sudden there's money they decide to take it wherears I don't even have a contract with them. I immediately contracted the bank to report this transaction then was told money will be back on my account by the 3rd June, thereafter I received a message that the matter is under investigation I'll receive feedback by the 9th July😡😡 I enquired how the information has changed the guy told me the 1st consultant made a mistake. I've never seen so much incompetency from a bank🤬 they did not even follow up on transaction yesterday I got a call but that doesn't even know how far are they to get my money back. Please somebody help me how do I get my money back cause this is *****
