Unauthorised debit

I had an investment account with tymebank with the amount of R43 000 which disappeared without my authorisation on the 26th of may 2023.the bank was approached and failed to resolve the matter then a case was opened. To date the disappearance of my finances is still unsolved, Iam here writing in asking for assistance in retaining back my finances from the bank.
