Unapproved debit

Hey there

I have opened a Tymebank account a month ago and the assistant at PNP Tygervalley representing Hollard approached me and I respectfully declined it and am still being charged for something I have not authorised. I just tried calling Hollard and they placed me on mute for a long time.
