Unacceptable service.

I have been trying to get them to contact me, regarding a document which I need them to fill and send it back to me, when they do it's the automated email respond which would be after an hour I had sent mine and they take long to respond even on X, their respond time for a digital bank without a brach is unacceptable. I am disappointed with their service to be honest.
