Unable to make deposits for Tymbank at picknpay Harrismith branch

My mother opened the Tymbank account. Now i have been struggling to deposit money into the account using Harrismith pick and pay branch. They claim that i need to produce her bank card as well as her pin for then to take my deposit. So basically the account is doormant because cheeky cashiers in the Harrismith branch refuse to assist ne or my mother on depositing into the account. My mother is hungry as we speak, no money to buy groceries. Please assist and also make sure training for tymbank in harrismith pick and pay takes place. Those people are rude, disrespectful and nasty. They are distroying the brand of tymbank. Plz help, my mother and i are desperate. If this is not sorted today then i will have to ask her to go to another bank.a customer lost.
