Unable to access my own money

I took all my salary and transferred it to tymbank account. I wanted to withdraw R1500 in an fnb account the receipt said said my bank declined tgr transaction but money was out in my account but surprisingly even after 7hrs still the money is not yet back and when I call their number no answer
