*****ulent Loans at Tyme Bank

On the 29th of August our bankers made us aware that several *****ulent loans were owing on my husband’s name on ITC. One of these loans was through Tyme Bank. We contacted Tyme Bank to alert them of the ***** and provided the relevant requested documents. We were told that the case would be investigated and they would get back to us within 5 days. We had not response to any follow up mails since then. In the meantime this loan has been handed over to the ITC. Does Tyme Bank not do the relevant checks to confirm that they are doing business with the correct parties or is there ******* employees/owner.
