A *****ulent debit order R474 off my accounts from vodacom. No debicheck permission given and secondly there is NO DEBIT ORDER LOADED FOR VODACOM.

Now two weeks later they are still wasting my time.

It's a disgrace this level of service.

I have been with Tyme bank since the inception.

The chat on Go Tyme jyst wastes my time.

It's been 2 weeks.

No answer.

A disgrace.
