*****ulent claim declined

My money was ****** from my account on the 28/10/2024 at 1:40am someone did a *****elent sim swap from my vodacom number they managed to setup tymebank app on their phone and they purchased 1 vouchers using my account. I opened a *****ulent case after receiving an email at around 7am in the morning that my app was setup on another device. On the 11/10/2024 i receive an sms that my ***** case is declined. I dont share my phone with anyone, how did they get my password and i am always using my fingerprint to login into my app i want my money i can't loose my money like that the bank has to protect us.
