Time bank is a *****ulent bank! I received an sms from them stating they will debit my account early and immediately I call to tell them I don't receive my salary early in December so they should debit on the date we agreed on and they said ok but to my surprise they debited the last 500 I had to take my kid to the doctor today the 13th of December 2025 and they said they cant reverse it and their early debit on December cant be changed its compulsory and that information was not given to me when I called to tell them they cant debit early. Not everyone gets paid early in December. The consultant told me I have to go borrow money to take my kid to the doctor. That debit order was unauthorized I did not give consent for it which means its *****. I laid a complaint with ref C-15629. I want that recording of my conversations with tyme back Consultant when I specifically said no early debit orders from me. Im furious
