*****ulent activity on bank account.

I experienced some *****ulent activity on my Tyme bank account on the 28th October at 10:19am. I called it in on the day and even reported it on the Twitter now X with no luck. I called in again today, spoke to Kenny who then transferred me to Xolani who advised me to wait for 31 days. Why is it that I have to call them repeatedly with no resolve and then be told again that my matter was not reported correctly. This is utter nonsense.
