UBEREATS REFUND DATED 10 MAY 2020

I have a problem with this bank i am so disgusted and disapointed at their poor service. I bought food from Chicken Licken through Uber eats on the 10th of May but my whole order was wrong and Ubereats refunded my money the same day. But since i was new with this bank i kept stressing Uber eats saying they never refunded me, they supp**** all proofs that my money is help by Tymebank, It has been 2 weeks since i started asking Tymebank to refund my money, they just gave me a reference number no follow ups no updates stories after stories they know zilch about customer care i will never recommend them to my friends and family.
