Tyne Bank’s *****ulent activities

My cousin has an account with Tyne bank, he phoned just now to inform me that , he went to withdraw some cash from his account yesterday only to find that all his hard earned money has disappeared from his account. On enquiring he’s told that there’s nothing the bank can do, which is absolute hogwash how does money disappear from one’s account and told there’s nothing that can be done. Reserve bank in my opinion should monitor these ***** institutions.When money disappears from a client’s account the bank should investigate.
