Tymehealth, no assistance at all

Hi I made a payment of R299 for a tymehealth in May so that you can allocate it it's been 2 months now since you guys suspended the medical insurance, if you cannot assist please refund the 3 payments I made and close down the medical insurance because this is frustrating, everyday I have to request a call to fix this. I've emailed proof of payment numerous times since May. What's your plan???? Please repay the premiums back to my tymebank account and close the insurance if you can't help at all.
