Tymebank....yes you need time for sure

So I opened my account in 2019 but never used it.

On recommendation from a friend he advised how good the bank is and decided to start using my account.

Issues....

Tried to get a card from the machines. First 3 had no cards. 4th machine finally had cards.

I then realised after I left that my cellphone number has changed. So I went to machine no 5 and could not change my number "we seem to have a problem. Our team is working on it"

Sent mail to service @ tymebank. Still waiting for a response.

Having second thoughts about going ahead as there seems to be NO assistance when you run into a problem.

Not to mention the amount of time and fuel I wasted trying to get a card.
