Tymebank...worst customer service ever!!!!

I hardly ever need to call the call center or to interact with the call center but whenever I do so I always receive horrible service, which is sad for a bank that doesn't even have a branch! My Moretime is giving me issues, I called the call center and got a rude agent who refused to take my details and ended up cutting the call after I held for over 10 minutes to get a manager, called back and requested a call back due to all my airtime being finished while holding and was told they cannot call me back! After calling for the third time I was told they can see what they problem is with my Moretime but can't resolve it over the call center and a ticket was logged to get it resolved, to my surprise I received an sms today informing me my issues has been marked as resolved and yet the issue still persists and no one called me regarding my issue. My Moretime limit seems to have been increased as I'm it keeps saying I should deposit money into my account even when I have enough in my account and I still don't have any answers as to why!
