Tymebanks very shoddy service

Ive had R584 taken out my tymebank account from a UK transaction in April 2024. I didnt do this transaction and have reported this ***** transtion to Tymebank in numerous occassions , ive even reported this to hellopeter before , all i get from the bank is that they are investigating . Hiw can you be investugating for nearly a year , thus is a very bad reflwction on how poor Tymebanjs frayd department is .
