Tymebank's Tap function

I really like the savings options they have it's really great to use it as a ***gy bank of sorts. However the app is difficult to navigate around sometimes and just the layout is not great. The fact that they create a bank card that can tap but can't be turned off is just plain poor planning and not considerations of customers who don't want that feature. Not to mention all the money *****ing ****s happening. I lost my bank card and didn't realize it was lost until I checked my balance and found someone had used my card. There was no way to receive the money back and I really wish this tap function wasn't on by default.
