Tymebank you are a disgrace

Tymebank is pathetic on the 14th of May there was 3 transactions done to my *** cardless R2000 send money R3000 again cardless transaction. I have called many times with no reply. They have sent me a mail and said problem was resolved. But no money back into my account. I was staying om a farm not even near town with no telecomms reception at that time. And the card is in my possession. So how could this be solved.
