Tymebank would you agree that you abused my rights???

Tymebank has made the month of July unbearable,up until today I haven't received the money I have withdrawn on the 30th of June 2023. It's my $45 for groceries. I had withdrawn money from IC Markets broker, they processed the same day, 2days after I did a follow up, they told me they have done their part and gave this RRN number: *** for Tymebank to track the money in their Suspense Account. Tymebank says it takes up to 14 days for the money to reflect and this was all beginning of July, today is the 31 of July 2023 still I haven't received my money. Please help out, A month without money for food is horrific. My food security has been jeopardized and crippled. With the holistic view, should people trust this bank???
