TymeBank worst service

TymeBank is the worst bank. On the 27/01/2024 I logged a ***** case for transaction that happened on my account that I’m not aware of. Somebody used my card to tap @ a liquor store in PTA. I noticed it when I received notifications of the transactions while I was driving then I immediately blocked the card. I logged a case and on sat I got an sms that the claim has been declined. I called to find out the reason why, they said because a tapping method has been used for those transactions. Meanwhile they don’t have an option to stop the card from tapping. Worst service ever. I’m even moving my salary from them coz I can’t risk that much
