TymeBank - worst bank in SA

TymeBank promises to pay a day early last month my salary would have never even been deposited of it was not for me querying why is it not reflecting.... I been begging for responses via customer support, via whatsapp, instagram, Facebook, with very blunt responses, on whatsapp I requested a payday loan and the consultant requested my details and told me they are going to deposited the funds on my account soon.... 3days have passed, I get a response to a Facebook comment saying they don't loans, but privately hey in my dm saying contact the whatsapp number which initially made the promise of depositing the funds, yesterday they responded they will deposit funds and they are now ignoring me on all platforms, it seems that they are confused about their own services offered and have no clue of what each department can and cannot do. PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR MISLEADING AND FALSE ADVERTISING OF THEIR BENEFITS!!!!
