Tymebank worst bank ever when it comes to security and protection of their customers

Tymebank is worse bank ever when it comes to security, I reported the ***** done on my account yesterday, they have done their investigation which took them hours and they said they can't help me with anything, I lost almost 3000,while I had my card with me also I did not share my pin with anyone, how possible is that
