TYMEBANK - WORST BANK!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I am extremely frustrated with TymeBank. My account was blocked in the beginning of March for supposed suspected ***** through Nedbank. Nedbank has sent numerous emails to rectify this and requested my account to be unblocked. I've also called numerous times and no-one can ever help me. This has been carrying on for 3 weeks! I had to go through all of the trouble to get the communications contact the person who reported this in error. They were quick to block the account without even notifying me that there was a problem. Only now since I have forwarded the email from Nedbank myself and waited on the line to check if they got it, has it gone through and now I've been told that no-one can unblock my account because that department does not work on weekends and public holidays and now I have to wait until next week Tuesday for someone "maybe" to unblock my account. I really need my money! I cannot believe that no-one can unblock the account because it's Saturday. This is totally unacceptable. AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE!!!!!! I WILL BE CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT!
