TymeBank-Worse Bank Ever

Good Day All

It is quite disturbing to note that on the 14th December 2020 my account with TymeBank was credited with an amount of R1000.00

So I called the bank to find out where it’s from on the 15th December 2020 and I was told it was an error from their system and they will revers the amount.

Yesterday I learned that my account was blocked, while I was at a restaurant having dinner. How embarrassing

I called the bank and I was informed that it’s because they are busy with their reversal

There was more than enough money in my account to reverse the transaction, yet they blocked my account. I demanded that my account be opened now which they failed too.

The consultant was very rude and kept me on hold for more than 30minutes

This morning I realize that they made the reversal but my account is still blocked.

I called and consultant only informed me that they will unlock it within 24hours.

My life is at a stand still because of TymeBank as it is.
