TymeBank Won't Close My Account

So I am trying to close my TymeBank account. I phoned them on ***and was assisted by a Nadia on 25 July 2024 at 13:42. I answered all her security questions. She told me I have R2 on my account and said if I close the account, I will not get that money back. I told her to go ahead. She then asked me to hold for a good 5 minutes, came back to say I now owe them R3. She cannot explain to me how I initially had R2 in my account and now all of a sudden owe them R3. When I inquired how I can pay them back their R3 because my other bank doesn't allow an EFT of that amount, she said there's no other way to pay them but to make an EFT. So I am now sitting with an account that will incur charges when I don't want it anymore and this bank doesn't have any branches, mind you.
