TymeBank withholds Interest on Goal Save Accounts

Anyone else having problems with TymeBank Goal Save payouts? For the last year, providing you gave 10 days notice on a Goal Save account, TymeBank would payout the account balance, as well as interest (at the maximum interest rate, providing the account was open for 3 months or longer). In December 2020 & January 2021 they only paid out the account balance - WITHOUT INTEREST!

After many phone calls and much frustration they eventually admitted that they have "System Problems". They promised to rectify this, but as the problem still persists, Withholding the promised interest is basically *****! I'm starting to become very nervous! Is this another "VBS banking collapse" in the making? Does TymeBank have cash flow problems that are starting to affect their ability to payout interest? How many other clients has this affected? I'm WORRIED!!!
