Tymebank with holing my funds agian

Up untill today, tymebank refuses me my funds and my family is suffering. They were kind enough to give me my funds the last time, and as I deposited funds, they froze my account again.. Now they sent me a reply that I can not open or see. The ombuts man for the banks are just as parhetic, they charge you R15 to talk to them. If you dont have, they not interested.
