Tymebank with hold my own funds!

Good day Tymebank someone paid R300 000 into my tymebank account, called yestersday to send in a letter was promised it will clear today, still not in. Got a call from you guys stading this will only be sorted on Monday as the relevant deparment is not working today.

I need my funds as I need to refund people and pay them.. Please sort this out why must i Fight for my own money that was lend to me
