TYMEBANK WILL ***** YOUR MONEY
This bank failed me I was involved in an accident abroad , stayed there for a period of 2 years. I had lost my phone and was in ICU for 6+Months. When I came back to SA I was told I need to upgrade my account they will ask me security questions and if i pass they will assist me. My fingerprints didn't read but I did pass the face recognition. Now I want to change my number (mind you this is in November 2023) because I Telkom can't assist with simswap since the number was not registered under my name. Tymebank then told me to go to home affairs to do fingerprints VERIFICATION since the kiosk can't suddenly recognizemy fingerprints. I did and emailed the form 3 f****ckng times times but they kept on sending me from Pilar to Pilar telling mte that it takes time to update on their system. and now they are telling me I need to go back to home affairs to redo the wholes process. home affairs is fully booked and i did the whole process. EVEN ON YOUR SYSTEM IT SHOWS I LAST ACCESSED THE ACCOUNT IN APRIL 2022. Who's fault is it that I kept sending the documents but your agents kept on hanging up on me and telling me why do I have a Pakistan name and Zulu Surname. ****** and tribalism at Tymebank. And all your agents hangup on me . I need to access my account I need my funds ASAP
