Tymebank, What a joke , they can't call themselves a bank.

Tymebank has a lot to learn still from the other banks. I am most unhappy and may even close my account due to a stupid little thing like when are they going to realize that there plastic Debt cards are absolutely *******. I don't even think the lettering on card lasts a month. I have with my old cards had so many problems with trying to read the lettering, my business account card the smart card is about to fall out , besides the fact that tellers or cashier's look at you as if to say did you pull that through your, I will stop there. Well my personal card was replaced about 5 months ago for this reason and I have had to replace it again. I called Tymebank customer care to be told by a agent" sir if you could read the numbers the day the card came out the machine you can not get a refund, he then refused to put me through to a manager. This costs so much on my cell and tymebank has cost me thousands in cell phone bills. Further more I asked as my phone reminded me I had one minute left to be called back.i am still waiting. I am busy fighting cancer and have no medical aid so I urgently needed funds that were transferred from the XE Money transfers whom are brilliant at what they do and normally the guy that initiates the transfer calls me and the funds have already come through. This is most of the time . I needed this resolved as friday afternoon I had a transfer done and it was instant. Yesterday I had one done and I am still waiting and that was specifically for my pain meds that I. Sitting now without. Tymebank is very inconsistent and need to train there staff to listen. I use this bank extensively and may have to look at a alternative as I can't deal with a bank that does work on weekends
