Tymebank waste of time

Opened an account with great expectations!! Only to be bitterly disappointed!! No cards in machine at Pick n Pay Plattekloof for the last week. Cash deposit system cumbersome and impractical. Pick n Pay said they are only the service provider for Tymebank. No customer service or joy at this bank.
