Tymebank vouchers

Im so disappointed with Tymebank service, I bought a voucher through their banking appp,the voucher had an error, they have been investigating the matter since June , you only get a text that your case has been resolved with no assitance, no one even bothers to call to update.Never again Im deleting even their app.poor service, no body cares.
