Tymebank useless
I made a direct bank transfer from my Tymebank account to a third party. Tymebank send me a SMS of suspected ***** on my account and blocked my account immediately. I've been trying to get hold of Tymebank, no luck, the Tymebank ***** line rings continuously. The WhatsApp line said they'll contact me 24 Aug 2021. It's 20 Aug 2021, it's almost weekend and I don't have access to my account.
I can't find an email address to email them
