TymeBank Useless

I asked my mom to deposit money in my tymebank account as she was already a PnP. She made the deposit but it did not reflect on my account.The till slip read as 'Approved Deposit R0.00",according to the guy at the store that's because they had technical issues yet they took money from my mom. On the day I could not get through on the customer service then I sent an email. When I got hold of a consultant the following day, i'm told that the issue will take 5 to 7 working days. If they have technical issues why are still accepting deposit? Now I have to ask people to borrow me money as i have no food to last me till payday during the lock down because of TymeBank. As soon as this is resolved(if it will ever be resolved) I will be withdrawing my money and throwing their bank card in the bin and tell very one I know not to even think of using this pathetic bank.
